Wellness Through Movement
Axial Wellness is a personalized daily spinal movement practice designed to support lifelong wellness through consistent movement. Guided 15-minute sessions fit naturally throughout your day, making it easy to build a routine that complements your lifestyle—wherever you are.
Why This Matters
Many movement patterns don't begin with a single event. They develop through repetition.
Years of sitting, scrolling, bracing, and moving the same way every day become the patterns your body learns best. The body adapts to the movement it experiences most. That's why lasting wellness isn't built through one extraordinary effort—it's built through consistent daily movement.
The Seven Thoughts
Seven thoughts to guide a lifelong movement practice.
The Seven Thoughts introduce the philosophy behind Axial Wellness. Each offers a different perspective—awareness, intention, foundation, consistency, personalization, reflection, and commitment—to help intentional movement become a natural part of your everyday routine.
Awareness
Open the app and begin noticing how your body moves today—your posture, your breathing, and where you naturally hold tension. Awareness is the foundation of every movement.
Intention
Begin connecting awareness with intentional movement and discover how small, consistent actions fit naturally into your day.
Foundation
Learn the Axial Wellness movement practice—the spine moving through all three planes with breath and intention.
Consistency
Repeat the practice. Consistency is where lasting habits begin.
Personalization
Refine your experience by adapting the movement practice to your routine, preferences, and daily check-ins.
Reflection
Notice what has changed—not just in your movement, but in your awareness and daily habits.
Commitment
The shift from trying something new to making movement part of everyday life.
How It Works
A personalized movement practice—throughout your day.
Approximately 15 minutes per session
Each guided session takes about 15 minutes and is designed to be repeated throughout the day. No special equipment—just a bed or other flat surface where you can comfortably lie back and allow your head to extend gently beyond the edge. Many members choose to practice before the day gets busy.
Personalized from your profile
Your daily movement experience is shaped by the preferences you choose to share, including the areas you'd like to focus on and what you'd like your daily movement practice to support.
Check in. Adapt. Continue.
Brief daily check-ins help personalize your experience over time. As your responses evolve, your movement practice evolves with you—keeping it relevant, engaging, and aligned with your daily routine.

What to Expect
Wellness is built through movement, one day at a time.
The movement patterns we develop throughout life don't happen overnight, and lasting habits aren't built overnight either. Axial Wellness is designed to become part of your everyday routine through consistent movement practiced over time. Every person's experience is different, but consistency remains the foundation of the practice.
Axial Wellness is a general wellness and movement program. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a recent injury, are recovering from surgery, have severe pain, or have been diagnosed with a medical condition, consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new movement program.
Built By
Dr. Joseph Bahan, D.C.
A chiropractor with more than three decades of clinical experience, Dr. Bahan, D.C., developed Axial Wellness after seeing how often consistent daily movement was missing between office visits. Axial Wellness was created to put a simple, guided spinal movement practice into people's everyday lives—making wellness through movement accessible wherever they are.

Common questions
Before you start.
Is this medical care?
No. Axial Wellness is a general wellness and movement program. It is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or plan of care provided by your chiropractor, physical therapist, physician, or other licensed healthcare provider.
How much time does Axial Wellness take each day?
Each guided session takes about 15 minutes and is designed to be repeated throughout the day. The practice is built to fit naturally into your routine, making consistent movement part of everyday life.
Do I need any equipment?
No special equipment. You'll simply need a bed or other flat, padded surface where you can comfortably lie down with your head extending slightly beyond the edge. Some movements also use a wall for support.
What if a movement causes pain or discomfort?
Stop the movement. Axial Wellness is designed to encourage comfortable, intentional movement—not movement through pain. If a movement causes sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, weakness, or any other concerning symptoms, stop the session and consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before continuing.
