Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Axial Wellness collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Axial Wellness collects only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Services. We do not collect information unrelated to the operation of the platform.
The information you provide is used solely to support your experience within the Services and is not used to diagnose medical conditions or provide healthcare.

- Push notification token (if you opt in).
- Crash reports and basic analytics (visit counts, page views).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize your daily movement experience based on the preferences and information you choose to share.
- To send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, subscription receipts).
- To send push reminders if you opt in.
- To improve the Services (aggregated usage patterns, never individual identifiers).
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
3. Not Protected Health Information
Axial Wellness is not a healthcare provider and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. The wellness information you submit through the Services is not "protected health information" under HIPAA. We treat this data with care, but the protections that apply to your doctor's records do not apply here. If you have questions about the privacy of information maintained by healthcare providers, consult your healthcare provider directly.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Services:
- Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, file storage, push notifications, crash reporting.
- Stripe — payment processing for all memberships.
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly website analytics (no cookies, no personal identifiers). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.
- SMTP provider — for transactional emails (welcome, password reset, support).
We may disclose information when required by law (subpoena, court order, lawful regulatory request), to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business.
5. Your Choices and Rights
Access and correction
You can view and update your account email from inside the app. Other intake fields can be edited; contact us if you need help.
Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@axialwellness.net. We will delete or anonymize personal data within thirty (30) days, subject to legitimate retention obligations (e.g., billing, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations).
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email support@axialwellness.net.
Push notifications
Turn them off any time from inside the app or your device's notification settings.
Marketing communications
We only send transactional and account emails. We do not send marketing emails to subscribers without separate, explicit opt-in.
6. Data Retention
We retain account, subscription, and practice data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain only what we must (typically records needed for billing, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations) for the period required by law, then delete.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest (Firebase / Google Cloud defaults), and access controls that limit administrative access to data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work hard to protect your information.
8. Children
The Services are intended for adults eighteen (18) years of age or older. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information or created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to that transfer.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page and (for substantial changes) communicated by email when reasonably possible. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
