Medical Disclaimer
Effective Date: July 27, 2026
Axial Wellness is a wellness and movement-based platform. The information, movement experiences, and other content provided through the Services are intended for general educational and informational purposes only.
Not medical care
Axial Wellness does not provide:
- Medical advice or care;
- Medical diagnoses;
- Physical therapy;
- Chiropractic care;
- Rehabilitation treatment;
- Emergency medical services; or
- Any licensed healthcare services.
Nothing in the Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Axial Wellness is not a medical device.
Use of the Services does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Joseph Bahan, Bahan Chiropractic PLLC, or any other healthcare provider. Participation in Axial Wellness does not constitute chiropractic care, telehealth services, or any other licensed healthcare service.
Consult your physician
Consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any new movement or wellness program, particularly if you:
- Have chronic pain;
- Have a diagnosed spinal condition;
- Have undergone surgery within the last six months;
- Are pregnant;
- Have cardiovascular, neurological, or musculoskeletal conditions; or
- Experience dizziness, numbness, weakness, or severe pain.
Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information provided through the Services. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Move within your comfort level
Axial Wellness is designed to encourage comfortable, intentional movement. Always move within your own comfort level and avoid forcing or pushing through discomfort.
If pain increases or radiates, stop immediately. If you experience sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, weakness, or any other concerning symptoms, discontinue the activity and consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before continuing.
Use alongside your care
If you are receiving care from a physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider, Axial Wellness is intended to complement—not replace—that relationship. We encourage you to discuss any questions about participating in a movement program with your healthcare provider.
Results vary
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Every person's experience is unique and may vary based on many factors, including individual participation and consistency. Axial Wellness encourages a consistent daily movement practice rather than promising immediate results or a quick fix.
Participation is voluntary
Participation in Axial Wellness is always voluntary. You are responsible for deciding which movements are appropriate for you based on your own comfort level and the guidance of your healthcare provider.
For the full legal terms, see our Terms of Service.
