Getting started

What is Axial Wellness?

Axial Wellness is a personalized daily spinal movement and wellness practice. Through the mobile app, you'll be guided through approximately 15-minute movement sessions designed to be repeated throughout the day. Your practice is personalized using the information you provide during onboarding, making consistent spinal movement a natural part of your everyday routine.

How much time does Axial Wellness take each day?

Each guided movement session takes about 15 minutes and is designed to be repeated throughout the day. Many members choose to begin before the day gets busy and complete additional sessions as part of their normal daily routine.

Do I need any equipment?

No special equipment. You'll simply need a bed or other flat, padded surface where you can comfortably lie down with your head extending slightly beyond the edge. Some guided movements also use a wall for support.

Will I see results immediately?

Probably not—and we don't promise that. The movement patterns we develop throughout life don't change overnight, and neither do the habits that support lifelong wellness. Every person's experience is different. What matters most is consistent daily movement practiced over time.

Is Axial Wellness for beginners?

Yes. Axial Wellness is designed for people of all experience levels. The Seven Thoughts are simply the beginning—a guided introduction that helps you build the awareness, movement habits, and confidence to begin a lifelong daily movement practice. No prior experience is required.

Medical scope

Is this medical care?

No. Axial Wellness is a general wellness and movement program. It is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or plan of care provided by your physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider.

Can Axial Wellness treat my back pain?

No. Axial Wellness is a general wellness and movement program and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including back pain. If you have back pain or another diagnosed condition, consult your healthcare provider. With your provider's approval when appropriate, Axial Wellness may be used as a complementary wellness practice alongside your provider's diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and plan of care.

What if I have a herniated disc, sciatica, or have recently had surgery?

Consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning Axial Wellness. If appropriate and with your provider's approval, Axial Wellness may be used as a complementary wellness and movement practice alongside your provider's diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and plan of care.

What should I do if something hurts?

Stop the movement. Axial Wellness is designed to encourage comfortable movement, not movement through pain. If you experience sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, weakness, or any other concerning symptoms, stop the session and consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before continuing.

Can I use Axial Wellness during pregnancy?

Consult your OB/GYN or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning Axial Wellness. Pregnancy is unique for every individual, and some movements may not be appropriate depending on your stage of pregnancy and your provider's recommendations. If appropriate and with your provider's approval, Axial Wellness may be used as a complementary wellness and movement practice.

Pricing & Billing

How much does Axial Wellness cost?

Axial Wellness offers both monthly and annual membership options. Founding Member pricing is available for a limited time while openings remain, and members who enroll at a Founding Member rate keep that pricing for as long as their subscription remains active. Visit our Pricing page for current membership options and rates.

What does my membership include?

Your Axial Wellness membership includes everything the program offers: the Seven Thoughts, guided daily movement practice, daily check-ins, the supplemental movement library, and all future app updates and new features. There are no in-app upsells or hidden fees.

How do I cancel my membership?

Email support@axialwellness.net and we'll cancel your subscription for you. Your membership is billed through Stripe, not the Apple App Store or Google Play, so this is the only place it's managed regardless of which device you use. Cancellation stops future billing, and you'll continue to have full access to Axial Wellness through the end of your current paid membership period.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. New memberships are covered by a 14-day refund period from the date of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please email support@axialwellness.net within 14 days of your first membership charge. Refunds apply only to the initial membership purchase. Membership renewals are non-refundable, so if you do not wish to continue your membership, please cancel before your next renewal date to avoid future charges.

What happens if I cancel and decide to come back later?

Your account information and progress are retained according to our data retention policy. If you enrolled as a Founding Member but allow your membership to lapse, your Founding Member pricing may no longer be available if you rejoin. Founding Member pricing is reserved for memberships that remain active without interruption.

Do you offer a free trial?

Not at this time. Instead, every new membership is backed by a 14-day refund period. Explore Axial Wellness, and if you decide it's not the right fit for you, simply contact support@axialwellness.net within 14 days of your initial membership purchase to request a refund.

The app

Is Axial Wellness available for iPhone and Android?

Can I use Axial Wellness without an account?

What information does Axial Wellness collect?

We collect the information needed to provide and personalize your experience, including your email address, onboarding responses, daily check-ins, and session activity. For complete details about the information we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected, please see our Privacy Policy.
