How it works

A personalized daily spinal movement practice, wherever you are.

Axial Wellness is a lifelong movement practice—not a one-time routine. Each guided session takes about 15 minutes and is designed to be repeated throughout your day. The goal isn't doing more; it's moving consistently. Because lasting wellness is built through frequency, not intensity.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Open the app and begin your personalized guided movement session. Each session leads you through intentional spinal movements that may be performed standing, lying down, or using a wall for support. At the end of each session, you'll complete a brief check-in to help personalize your ongoing experience.

    Keep Moving

Axial Wellness is designed to become a lifelong daily movement practice where progress is built through consistency and wellness is built through movement.

Spinal Movement—Not a Muscle Workout

This distinction is at the heart of Axial Wellness. The daily practice focuses on the quality of spinal movement—encouraging movement through all three planes, coordinated with breathing and consistent repetition. It isn't designed as a strength-training or muscle-building program.

Supporting muscular movements are included when they help promote comfortable, controlled spinal movement, but they are never the primary focus. If you're looking for a strength-training or core workout, there are excellent programs designed for that purpose. Axial Wellness is different. It is a daily movement practice that helps make consistent spinal movement part of everyday life.

What Axial Wellness Is Not

We want to be clear about what Axial Wellness is—and what it is not. Understanding that distinction helps you use the program as it was intended.

  • ✗ Not medical care and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
  • ✗ Not a substitute for the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or plan of care provided by your physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider.
  • ✗ Not intended for acute injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, or the management of diagnosed medical conditions.
  • ✗ Not a promise of immediate results or a quick fix. Axial Wellness is built around consistent daily movement and lifelong wellness.

If you have an active diagnosis, are recovering from surgery, or experience new or concerning symptoms—such as numbness, weakness, dizziness, or severe pain—consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning Axial Wellness. If appropriate and with your provider's approval, Axial Wellness may be used as a complementary wellness and movement practice alongside your provider's diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and plan of care.
